Main Screen
The graphic can be changed by the administrator for all users.

Well List
Columns can be sorted. Wells can be searched.

GIS Mapping
GIS mapping can use various mapping formats and multiple layers. Formats include GEO TiFF, DXF, SHP, Tiger and others. Layers can be turned on or off. Use layers to show pipelines or roads.

OLAP Capability 1, 2
Use to graph different facts against different dimensions.

OLAP Trends 1, 2
You can trend the data created by the OLAP table.

Production Screen
The production screen helps you find lost production. Compare production gains and losses by day, week or month.

System Alarms
Find system alarms.

Well Trends
Trend your wells.

Well Information
Look at specific operating information for a well.

OfficeLink View Data and Run Reports. OfficeLink can even be used over the Internet, Intranet or dial-up to connect to the data. The OfficeLink software is the software used by the most people. It is used to view the data, create reports and administer the system. The software connects to the Microsoft SQL Database either in the main office or in the field office.

OfficeLink

Reports
For most reports, OfficeLink uses Excel templates. What is unique to our system is that as new wells, new compressors or new fields are created, the report will print correctly. For example, if a new compressor is added, the daily report will generate a new sheet showing the compressor with the associated wells. Since the process is automated, there is no need for someone to manually change the report as the system changes or expands.will have read-only access.

Administrative Role
OfficeLink is used to add and modify wells, compressors, and sales points. All access to OfficeLink is password protected and will update changes within an hour. A new well can be added at the main office, and within an hour it will show up in the field database, SiteLink will start collecting data, and when the Pumper connects to the field network the well will show up in the Pumper's WellLink list. All of this happens by typing in the new well only once.

Field Role
OfficeLink is also used in the field to view the data and monitor for problems in the wells. OfficeLink can be run from a separate computer, the Pumper's laptop or possibly from the computer running SiteLink.

Viewing Data Role
Most users will use OfficeLink to view well data. Again, a proper user name and password is required. The user will not be allowed to make any changes to either well data or well information. The user can create reports, view trend charts and view the well data.

Features:
Multiple users can use OfficeLink at the same time.
OfficeLink is used at a SiteLink location or at a server location.
Can connect to data over the Internet, Intranet or even dial-up.
Create and print trend charts from three types of data.
Security to prevent unauthorized use.
Create allocation reports for daily production, monthly production and date range.
Wells can be marked to prevent allocation, for example, Federal Lease wells.
Flexible compressor configuration which includes grouped compressors and compressors that flow into other compressors.
Data for wells not on the SCADA system can be quickly entered which will be included in the reports.
Wells are sorted by Field Names and Compressors. This ensures easy handling of thousands of wells.

Security
The system is very secure. You can easily limit whataccess each person has. For instance, in most casespeople that use OfficeLink will have read-only access. A few people may have access to add or modify well names and API numbers.

Single Point of Entry
The system is designed so that data is entered once and then moved to where it is needed. For example, a new well is added at a central office. The new well information is automatically sent to SiteLink which will start polling the well. When a pumper connects their computer to the network, their well list is automatically updated. This ability significantly reduces typing errors and administrative costs.
